INDS Data Manager (IDM) by Jeppesen and Honeywell offers pilots and operators subscribed to INDS services the capability to seamlessly transfer their flight-critical databases directly to Honeywell avionics through a wireless connection from an iPad utilizing a supported wireless gateway. This innovative iPad application marks a significant advancement in the aviation sector. When paired with appropriate aircraft equipment and configurations, it significantly enhances efficiencies in the data updating process. By integrating data distribution and data loader functionalities into a single, user-friendly tool, IDM streamlines the task of uploading flight-critical information to the aircraft on each cycle.
